The Institute PROVIDES TRAINING at a discounted rate for members on property related topics.
We have a broker that’s been a trustworthy source for the past 12 years and who protects the interest of IEASA Members in respect of MEDICAL AID FUNDS and INCOME PROTECTION PLANS.
The Institute, through the combined and individual knowledge and experience of its DIRECTORS on property industry related matters, GIVES ADVICE on legal and ethical aspects of the industry – free of charge to its members.
The Institute provides MEDIATION and ARBITRATION in case of dispute (between its member estate agents only).
The Institute ensure EXPOSURE in the MEDIA for members through their Agent-of-the-year competition.

In the case of an individual agent joining – a special rate of just R185 inc VAT per month for a standard 12 month SAPTG membership.
If a new SAPTG subscriber is not yet a member of IEASA, then SAPTG will pay 50% (to a max of R180 inc VAT) of his/her personal first year’s IEASA membership. This payment will be made to the relevant regional office.
